Now I've played all the warlock subclasses and I still love the Voidwalker and Stormcaller not so much the Dawnblade but I still tried them all out. The Dawnblade's Solar grenade and Fusion grenade are both good choices and can compete for the grenade slot and even the Firebolt has some usefulness in the right situation in pvp. The Stormcaller's grenades all compete for usefulness the arcbolt grenade can chain pvp and pve targets if you need to deal with groups that are close, the pulse grenade right now is broken, and the Storm grenade is random but can work in your favor if you want to scatter players or massively hurt a pve blob. But then the Voidwalkers grenades feel like there is no competition to them the Vortex is always the best grenade to pick for both pve and pvp. The Axion bolt is slow and only hits a certain amount of target with little to no damage really in pvp and pve. The scatter grenade is a bit better but it also suffers from the same problem it has low damage, slow bounce speed, and a small aoe area for pve it's okay for pvp its a 50/50 wether you are gonna get the grenade kill or not. So what I can't figure out is why the other 2 grenade types can't compete with the Vortex grenade when the two other subclasses have grenade types that can compete for a role or need in a fight.
Way's to fix the grenades to be comparable to Vortex Grenade
1.Increase the damage on the Axion bolt and the Scatter Grenade
2.Increase the Axion Darts speed to something like the taken darts and increase the aoe of the scatter grenades so they overlap more.
3.Do half of each a slight increase to damage and speed to axion bolts along with slightly increasing the damage and aoe of the scatter grenades
4.My least liked one to me one add new exotics that improve either grenade like we had in destiny 1 with the Nothing manacles and the Voidfang vestments.
As it currently stands I have yet to see one Voidwalker not take Vortex Grenade over the other 2 in pvp or pve.

vortex is taken mainly for zoning. Not for killing.
