Hello, I pre-ordered Destiny 2 for PS4 from Walmart Canada and did not receive a Redemption code inside the game case. I have contacted Walmart Support who suggested I contact Activision Support, Activision said we do not support this title and to Contact Bungie Support. I found an article on your website indicating if you did not receive a redemption code to then contact your retailer which is Walmart Canada. Please help me get out of this endless loop for I just want my pro-order content. Walmart said via twitter they will investigate the matter which doesn't tell me anything. Why doesn't Walmart know what to do? I cannot be the only one in this situation, my friend who also ordered from Walmart did not get his pre-order content. I have another friend who bought Destiny 2 two weeks after launch from EB Games and his had the redemption code in it for pre-order content, how is that possible! I am blown away that I did my part pre-ordering months in advanced and I did not get the content yet my friend got it from EB Games 2 weeks after launch. Please help me, I am out of options and just want what was promised to me for supporting the cause ...
