My friends and I just encountered an enemy Fallen whose name I can't remember, but whose title was "Pilferer Captain" He had an entourage with him also. This happened at the Echion Hold in the EDZ. He also had the Vault symbol next to his name and had an ENORMOUS health pool to draw from. We weren't able to kill him before he retreated onto the Cabal ship. Has anybody else encountered him?
