Cold Hearted Preorder Exotic NOT RECEIVED!! $100 Pre-order Digital Deluxe Edition
Almost a month and still don't have the Cold Hearted Exotic from the pre order DLC. I have all the DLC installed and I have received everything from the preorder(ghost, sword, emblem, emote) BUT the Cold Hearted Exotic. Can someone from Bungie please address this or atleast acknowledge that its a known problem.. I paid $100 for the preorder digital deluxe edition on XBOX ONE.

Edited by Avalon Scorpion: 10/6/2017 9:45:14 AMi have the same problem. i pre-order it digital. and downloaded all the things you get with the pre-order. but i never got it when i reacht lvl 20. not even on the 2e character. and the i hev don every thing correct. even re-install every ting. i am not deleting my charachter to find out if that working. fix it bungie ps on xbox

1 ReplyDoes anybody know if Bungie is even trying to fix/acknowledge this problem? I've seen over 30 posts in the last few weeks, but nobody has posted a fix or what was done once contacted by Bungie.. IF they even were.. Just to be honest, the only reason ppl bought this Digital Deluxe Edition was for the free DLC Pre order exotic gun. I know the expansions also come with this Edition but we all knew the Expansion would not be coming out until Jan. 2018 or later and could be bought separately unlike the Cold Hearted Exotic weapon, all RNGesus for that.

0. What items are you missing? 1. Are you on Xbox or PS? 2. Digital or disc? 3. What version of the game did you get? 4. Which retailer did you buy it from? 5. Are you certain the retailer you bought it from even offer the items you are missing in their pre-order promotion? 6. How many codes did you put in? 7. What were the codes supposedly for? 8. Are you game-sharing with another account? 9. Do you know what game-sharing is? Please give me your definition. 10. Go to your downloads and tell me the details of each D2 item. 11. If you have a physical copy usually the coldheart code is separate and is in the box. 12. The ghost is exclusive to certain retailers (like GameStop) usually they hand out the code either: in the box, on the receipt when you bought it, or in a email saying you purchased it. Go check. 13. Bungie won't hand out free codes so don't bother asking. 14. Do you have a lvl 20 character AND did that same character beat the campaign? 15. Did you go to Lord shaxx (for the ghost) and the Gunsmith (for the gun) or Amanda holiday in the tower (for the sparrow)? 16. Have you tried deleting and redownloading the game and all it's respective dlc and items? 17. For PS4 players have you tried restoring your licenses?
