Majority all 3 factions were silent voters. Only a select few bad apples.
So saying "silent voters strike again" doesn't make any since because the silent voters for NM and FWC didn't strike anything.

It's in reference to polling. Which, in practice, is a small sample size meant to represent the masses. So nothing you have mentioned is even relevant to my analogy, all of which break down at some point.
