Pretty sure that "shit" pulse rife is wayyy better than that tin can you call a scout rife.

sadly no, the scout has high caliber rounds and an increase impact than mida, its really useful for pve.

Lol, nice try but, no. Pulse rifles were barely usable in D1, in D2 they are absolute trash. I'd use a sidearm before any of the pulse rifles.

Nice try...you're kidding right? The only redeeming quality that scout has is HCR. Why would I want a perk that makes me reload faster when crouching? Not to mention that "thing" has the worst architype in the game. But no we need to be edgy and have awesome black and white shaders.

Don't need to kid. Since base stats aren't re-billable, that makes it impossible to force the stats you want. The DO scout rifle out performs the FWC, as well as many of the other pulse rifles.
