The point is there was no silent voters type deal going on when we knew Dead Orbit was and has been the most popular Faction since they were introduced in Destiny 1.
These forums are all over Dead Orbit.

Majority all 3 factions were silent voters. Only a select few bad apples. So saying "silent voters strike again" doesn't make any since because the silent voters for NM and FWC didn't strike anything.

It's in reference to polling. Which, in practice, is a small sample size meant to represent the masses. So nothing you have mentioned is even relevant to my analogy, all of which break down at some point.
