As the title; I have a new Clan member who joined my Clan a bit ago. Today he tried to get his Clan Engrams from Hawthorne, and the game would not let him get them. He has not received any engrams for the Clan as of the creation of this post, but the game does not give him the option to pick them up. Any help would be appreciated, @Bungie.
