Anyone else had an issue with the Adventure "Hack the Planet" on Nessus?? In particular Failsafe not being freed when you kill the Vex Cyclops. It's just a freaking endless loop that eventuates in never completing it. Only option to abandon it, only it still doesn't free failsafe when you kill the Cyclops again, and again, and again.
