1 ReplyI'm for the potential of Destiny 2 (sounds stupid saying this 3 years later again...). Once Bungie add back in everything they cut from the last 3 years to resell us and add in a few extra things, it'll be a really good game for a year or so before they do it one final time.

1 Replythey really needed to make it so weapon perks aren't active in pvp. after 3 years of them trying to balance both pvp and pve, they have failed miserably. they ended up gutting the game for the sake of a minority of pvp plaers. sad!

I was just expecting a little bit more other than like 6 pairs of armour and like 15 guns lol I wanted random rolls too but that's not happening. And the campaign is so damn short

33 RepliesAfter reading some of the replies you have been getting I can (proudly?) say the Destiny community is without question still and always will be the most toxic in all of gaming. I loved D1 , yes I joined when TTK came out because I heard so much about this game I bought it and have never regreted it. I personally suck at PvP but don't care because I have fun. I've been an avid gamer for years and Destiny blew me away, then RoI gave me more fun shit to do. That being said, while there is numerous flaws in D2 such as the weapons and a lot of reskins I think it's a 100x better than D1. I like games were I can blow shit up, kill ads, bosses etc, laugh my ass off getting squashed in crucible and have huuuuuge open world's to do it in. This game has shot to my top 5 favorites ever. And unlike what mom's basement neckbeards chugging Mt. Dew and slurping meatloaf while wearing underoos and sweating every aspect of the game especially crucible think, it's only gonna get better. Games been out less than a month ffs. So for me and my[spoiler]Yes I own it on both systems and I'm getting it for p.c.[/spoiler] accounts on Ps4 and Xbox1 we vote D2.

I seldom post on this forum because it's so toxic if I said "The sky is blue" I would get 50 comments saying "You're k/d sucks bra, git gud bra, noob u weren't here for Beta on D1, Grimore says......, you're (choose one or Hell all) gay, retarded, racist, old, young, fat, thin etc". I understood your poll but SJW's, p.c. and grammar police are always on the prowl. But I do come on the forums daily to see the latest nerf bla bla post, should there be bathrooms in the tower poll, I hate Bungo, I love Bungo, D1 vanilla was better, PvP sucks, PvE sucks, mom's meatloaf sucks posting. No matter how crappy my day is just 15 minutes here has me rolling.

4 RepliesFor now it has my attention and I find it enjoyable. I'm not sure whether or not I will play D2 like I played D1 before HoW. PvP has been vastly improved from D1, but the Nightfall timer is quite a downgrade.

1 ReplyThe main reason why this poll sucks is because it doesn't give context to anything. Destiny 2 is better than Destiny 1 in two clear categories then is utter trash in the third and final category. 80% of the player base will never touch the third category, ever. They'll just come back for the next DLC and leave before they get any where near it. This poll won't help Bungie improve that aspect, because most players won't ever see it.

mostly for PvE, could use some adjustments in loot drops and such, but overall it’s pretty good extremely against the new PvP direction, as it is literally the worst PvP I have ever played in anything for countless reasons, including the de-emphasis on individual skill, painfully slow TTK, lack of playlist options and 6v6, godawful maps, nerfed movement speed and nerfed weapon options, among others.

1 ReplyDestiny 2 is nowhere near perfect, but overall, I enjoy it more than Vanilla Destiny, which I played ever since the beta and from launch day. I'm curious to see how Bungie deals with the first expansion, which should be telling. The Dark Below was a massive letdown as a first expansion in my opinion, so I hope they learn from that experience and deliver something larger than even The Taken King.

I don't enjoy this iteration of destiny at all. The fun factor just kind of left the building. My abilities don't feel good or powerful, my supers don't feel super at all. Pvp used to be fun and exciting in D1, now its just call of duty 2.0 with the TTK of halo(which would be fine if this game weren't built around space magic)(insert get gud noob insult here). I get a portion of the audience enjoys this type of gameplay, however I do not enjoy every pvp match being a stress-fest, aka Trails the game(TM). I would love to have my 6v6 back, and some mayhem clash to actually have fun w/ my abilities rather than having to wait for that perfect time knowing i can only use them 2-3 times a game. Even with all the problems destiny 1 had, i still enjoyed myself year 1 in pvp, I don't at all here. I do rather well here compared to D1 but its still just not fun win or lose. I play this game to escape the stress of real life not add to it. Hunters do not have a place currently in PVE its actually hurting your chances of completing raid content by not filling the raid w/ all warlocks and titans. That being said, pve is a joke, the mob's AI is like playing halo on easy mode. I mean raid gear doesn't even feel special anymore. And I won't even get into how big of a joke leviathan is, idk who Ok'd that overall idea for a raid, but its like you took a good idea mixed it with a terrible one and called it a day. And bungie you should be ashamed of your halfa** matchmaking for pve, the guilded games are a joke, I use my ticket and if the two leading me don't like me boom kicked, just like that. Just make 2 separate entities one matchmaking the other not and adjust rewards accordingly and problem fixed. (aka take a page out of blizzard's book) And last but not least, I bought a ps4 specifically for destiny and destiny 2. This is the first time i've ever had buyer's remorse over a game. I was all giddy to buy this on PC but there's not a snowball's chance in H*** that i'm spending another dime on this game unless major changes happen.
