So, how much have you gambling addicts wasted on cosmetic crap up to now?

We are only paying 60 bucks now yet we want 200 hours of unique content. MTs are here to stay unless you want to start paying $100+ for a game. You might say that the people buying the MT's are saving you money.

ANYBODY THAT SPENDS MONEY ON THIS SHEIT IS WHATS WRONG WITH THE GAMING INDUSTRY IF WE COULD BAN THEM FROM ALL VIDEO GAMES, TASTE, TALENT AND HONESTY WOULD RETURN TO AAA GAMES

I haven't spent anything on Bright Engrams, ever since getting them in game I don't spend a dime.
-
What I do with my money is my choice and I (nor anyone else) should have to be subject to ridicule because of it. Plus, my guardians are outfitted with premium wares and beautiful colors. It is the ideal aesthetic and is vastly superior to you commoners and your hand-me-down garbs.

Do the math on quantity of silver in each package compared to the price of what you use that silver on. The system is set up to always leave you with an odd silver balance which promotes you to buy more silver just so you can use that "remaining" balance. This is the same strategy psn has used for their online purchases. If you have 4$ in psn cash and that add on is 5$... guess what? You have to buy a minimum of 5$ in psn cash leaving you with a balance of 4$ again... (minus tax ofcorse)

Haven't spent anything I feel if I stay away from spending money on micro transactions the loot I do get just from playing the game is more rewarding. Just the way I feel though
-
I used to buy into microtransactions on various games, specifically mobile games. It was a real problem and it was hurting me both financially and mentally. I had to stop and I have not bought any microtransactions since June. Up til then I would buy something every day. If I see something that looks amazing I just have to tell myself no I don't need it. I don't need to spend money on some pixels. I can play The game just fine without it. Microtransactions are designed to tempt you. It is a business model that is very profitable for as long as we keep buying them. I am one person. One consumer. I have voted with my wallet. Since June I stopped and I plan to never again spend a single dime on microtransactions.

Microtransactions are disgusting.
-
97 shekels
-
Nope haven't even bought Destiny 2.
-
I have 100 silver left over. i can't buy anything but still have a useless silver balance 🙄
-
I just had some left over money in my psn wallet.
-
$45. $10 the first, $15 the second, $20 the third. Not buying any more tbh, not worth it like it was in D2.
-
You get plenty of bright engrams just by leveling up. No reason to even buy them just for random cosmetics. The armor is cool looking, but easily replaceable. Even if you have the money to throw away it, isn't worth buying them.
-
5 bucks just to see if I could get a certain shader. I didn't. And realized this could be a slippery slope and stopped right there lol
-
About 50 bucks, but in my defense I do have a gambling problem and I do feel ashamed.
-
Spent 0$ and got what i wanted. The exotic sparrow with the spears
-
With the implementation of bright engrams there's really no need to purchase them. You could potentially get everything just over a longer course of time.
-
$1000 dollar people are clearly eating the porky pies.
-
I spent $10 in D1 on loot boxes, trash. Spent $10 in D2 on loot boxes, trash, but cool looking trash.
i guess it’s worth like maybe $4 the crap I got, id say
-
I do not understand why people complain about microtransactions being in Destiny 2. It's honestly the best it's been, there's a lot of stuff you can get from them and you earn them simply by playing the game so buying them is pretty pointless.
-
I blew $30 trying to get metro shift shaders... still got 0
-
You got your symbols wrong
-
Can honestly say nothing since its inception and apart from some ornaments and a few armor pieces I got everything I could've wanted from the freebies given.

Edited by Rin: 9/28/2017 2:07:38 PM$50 and don't plan on spending more. Saving up for two more games this year. (Yup, I'm skipping Assassin's Creed: Origins; gonna be my first AC game that I've decided to skip)
