No they didnt nerf them because people used them. Its all about what is easier for bungie. Basically with the set up now if they get complaints about a gun its easier for them to fix it instead of putting in place blockers which stop certain rolls. The problem is people think bungie doesnt care about forums, the real problem is they care too much and over react about god rolls etc thats why with have static guns now.
Its all about what is easier for bungie.
Yeah that's what games are about...what's "easiest" for the dev. Idiocy.

Are you disagreeing? Because it's pretty obvious bungie has gone the route of making this game for the casual gamer. Also by doing this most people can agree they took the easy option instead of fixing the many complaints from D1 go look at the angry review on youtube i dont agree with all of it but he has a point.
Are you disagreeing?
It depends on whether you're saying bungie can do what they want or just stating what they ARE doing. My stance is devs make games for customers that then give them money, but all too often these days people think devs make games and that just prints money. Loyalty of consumers is huge in a game series you need to keep people for the dlc cycles for 3 years and then keep them for the next game in the series. Bungie is alienating the groups that stay for the longhaul, the grinders, the completionists, the trophy hunters, and the pvpers. It's not just casuals that play and it certainly isn't casuals that will be here in a year or 2 or even 3 for the 2 dlc cycles you know are coming.
