They have been working on this game for years having new armor sets for factions isn't that hard

Really? Do you have any idea what goes into making a model? Or how much it costs to pay a competent modeler? How about a graphic artist to do the skins? I'm not sure if you've been paying attention to the shaders, but even racing games don't have chameleon and pearlescent effects that good.
