This is regarding the "Second character of the same class receiving lower level loot on Luminous and Exotic engrams, raid and trials loot".
I understand you were trying to entice players to play different classes and that's fine. But the system needs to work better. For instance, I started Destiny 2 with one of each class. Then, realizing I never played my Titan, I opted to create another hunter to get more gear for my main character. Later, you confirmed that 2nd characters of the same class receive lower level loot, so I deleted my second hunter to create a Titan again. However, now my main hunter and Titan are both receiving lower level loot still as they still count as second characters, even though I only have one of each.
Even if you delete your character and recreate it (which is currently the only way to change appearance, something else that also needs to be addressed) it still counts as the second character of the same class and is doomed to get low level gear from weekly endgame content.
Please fix this or remove the system entirely. Let people play the game the way they want. If people want to deprive themselves of experiencing different classes so they can remain competitive in Power Levels for end game content, let them. I personally am being punished with low level loot and am even playing accordingly to your recommendation, which is one of each class, simply because I recreated a character to change their look.
