Over the summer leading up to Destiny 2's launch, my dad and I preordered the digital deluxe edition on his profile. On launch, the profile that we preordered D2 on got the coldheart, sword, emotes, etc. On my account though, I got nothing. We've checked any way the problem might be, home xbox locations, redownloading the two 10 MB files for the weapons. Now we have no idea what to do. There is a minority of people this happened to as well. Lets get Bungie to see this.
