Dismantling Items does not return any parts, glimmer or shards
I dismantle weapons and Armor and it completes the dismantling and destroys the item but I get nothing in return. I believe it started late last week around time of last update. Please advise. I tried on each of my characters and have just lost the item with nothing in return.
