I main a Warlock, and am pretty disappointed with the reworked Sunsinger subclass. I can tell Dawnblade was geared for a more kill-focused solar class for both PVE and PVP. However, the Warlock already has 2 offensive sub classes, and now with no self res there is no defensive sub class.
The Titan's reworked Defender subclass still has the bubble shield though. It has the option to be an offensive or defensive sub class. Why couldn't the Dawnblade have one skill tree where the 4th perk was Self Res? Is an air dodge or quick drop (while the super is active mind you) really worth a top perk slot?
The Sunbreakers/Sunbracers were also nerfed.. not only do the Dawnblade skill trees not have the 2 solar grenade or melee for shield options, but the solar subclass specific guantlets are also void of the extra solar grenade.
So what is the benefit of using the Dawnblade? The other two subclasses are far superior offensively, and now there's no defensive option for the Warlock.
