Please consider implementing a penalty for quiting the competitive playlist, as there is no joins in progress. I almost exclusively play competitive, and 80%, if not more, of games are quite balanced. However, when a player quits from a team, be it mine or the enemys, it is almost certainly a guaranteed loss.
Error codes are still quite common, so if someone gets disconnected by an error code, perhaps not allow them to rejoin until the match they left is over. Otherwise, quitters should get an hour ban minimum. Preferably stacking up with a weekly counter.
Doesn't affect people that have legitimately stopped playing, and the ban will be up once they return to the game, but it punishes people who quit after 1 round loss just because they don't want to lose.

So there needs to be a better way to regulate your ban. Today I played 3 matches. The first I wanted to quit. There was a player with serious lag. Teleporting all over the place with 20 kills by the end of the match. How would your ban be fare to me? The next match 2 players quit. I felt so bad for them, till they started catching up. I agree there should be joining mid match to keep it fair. Although, the other side is joining a losing match.
