Hey Guys! Sooo.... Mida Multi Tool. Cool gun, neat look, and good in Crucible and Trials! Maybe a little too good?
Mida Multi Tool is back Destiny 2 and it's really easy to get. Just do the world quest in Edz and you go from there!
But that is not my concern today.
I predict that about 92% of people of people that play Crucible casually, or competitivly. Or in Trials of the Nine 24/7 I see people using Mida Multi Tool or in some cases ONLY Mida, and nothing else. Maybe the occasional smg, auto rifle, or sidearm to save the day.
I feel that Mida is a bit powerful right now the impact is not as strong as destiny 1's mida as it did 51 precision compared to destiny 2's mida which does 42 (I think.) It's so powerful that literally people are using that gun and only that gun, nothing else.
I'm not saying the gun is overpowered or underpowered, I'm just saying that the gun is making the Crucible a little unfair and difficult to play. As sweats tear anyone apart in their ways because they use no gun in the whole game except for Mida.
I would suggest a small nerf to Midas impact and range, but not too much to make the gun unusable. I like Mida but I don't like it when the gun is so mainstream that no other kinetic weapon in pvp is interesting to use.
Just a suggestion to all you Crucible fans out there. To let you be aware about Midas power. If any staff from Bungie is reading this, spread the word and consider my idea. It would help make Destiny 2 a better game :)
All you Mida mains I would try some different scout rifles to use in PvP
Call to Serve is my fav scout rifle in the game rn and it's slower but packs a punch.
Nameless Midnight is a popular option from the vanguard besides Mida. fast and explosive rounds.
The End Trials scout rifle is a good one too.
Maybe try other weapons too! Auto rifles and pulse rifles are not so bad, handcannons are the cream of the crop for PvP besides scout rifles too!
