So I'm sure other people have noticed that the engrams you get from factions will sometimes have different loot options inside. I'm specifically going for a certain Auto Rifle from the gunsmith but it's only SOMETIMES there... Does anyone know how often the loot cycles for faction engrams? Is it different every day? Every couple hours? I must know...
