So I have gotten both the Exotic Handcannon the Sturm and Drang. They are both an exotic and legendary that are suppose to work hand and hand together. But I feel as though the Exotic Sturm is pretty dependant upon it's legendary friend. Inside of the Sturm's perks it says that "kills with energy weapons reload this weapon and precision hits deal bonus damage." A couple things wrong with this is that I have yet to see bonus precision damage. (Maybe I'm blind and don't notice it). Also while using the Drang it does reload the Exotic Sturm and vice versa and it also load the clip for one extra bullet for every kill after that being a total of 20 rounds in the Sturm. Which is awesome! It makes for a fun combo. The issue with the gun is that I'm not noticing the extra precision damage in PvE and second other energy weapons are not reloading this gun. Please I hope you can look into this. It's a cool gun but not worth it if this is how it plays.
