Provide customer support for bungie.net, that way when bungie migrates clan founders to an un responsive member of a clan the old founder can actually get a response from someone at bungie.net that can resolve the issue. Why do all of your "contact us" links not provide any real way to contact you? Forums cannot change me back to the founder.
