Hello there. I am having an issue with all of the promotional items offered through codes and redeemable items. I have my account linked successfully and was able to get one mote of light on my warlock, but no other items since then. Every code I redeemed in D1 worked fine including the red bull and other promotional items so this must be a D2 issue. The exclusive target sparrow and engrams from Rockstar are not showing up even though they are redeemed on my account and I have redeemed 7 more motes of light with nothing showing at the postmaster as well. I even tried making a second character to see if that would help. I have logged out and in etc and tried all the known help suggestions to no avail but I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time and have a quality day! [b][i][u]EDIT : Turns out the sparrow is at Amanda Holliday but you still have to buy it for 5000 glimmer LOL Also after waiting 12+ hours since redeeming my motes or light I switched back to my original character and my warlock had them at the postmaster so maybe it just takes time to sync up? Still no sign of the Rockstar engrams but they are just blue so not a big deal I guess, just annoying.[/u][/i][/b]
