I am posting this here because I don't know who to talk to about this further. I never received the Coldheart from my pre-order of Destiny 2. Because I know you'll be asking me the following questions, I have included them:

2. What form of pre-order did you do? Digital Standard + Season Pass
3. Are you game sharing? No, I only play Destiny 2 on my PS4 Pro, and I am the only user of my account
4. Did you try and input the code again? Yes. Playstation store says "You have already claimed this content"
5. When did you pre-order? I originally pre-ordered about 3 weeks before the game came out. The night of release, I changed my pre-order from a physical copy to a digital copy. This occured at around 6pm MST of release night. I claimed the code around 7pm MST on release night. Game released at 10pm MST.
6. Do you still have your receipt? Yes
7. Have you contacted Gamestop about getting those codes? Yes, they directed me to Sony Support.
8. Did you contact Sony Support? Yes, they told me that they cannot assist me with this issue since I didn't buy the game from them. They told me that only Bungie and Gamestop can assist me further.
9. Did you receive any additional items from the Pre-order? Yes. I received the Kill Tracker ghost and the Salute emote.
10. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the data on the console? Yes.
11. Have you completed the campaign, reaching level 20 in the process? Yes.
12. Have you spoken to all vendors? Yes.
13. Have you spoken to the Weaponsmith after reaching level 20, and completing the campaign? Yes.
[b]The only thing that I can think of that could have caused an issue is this:[/b]
When I started Destiny 2 up the first time, I waited through the intro on my Titan that carried over from Destiny 1. After getting into the game, and thinking about it, I decided to delete this Titan, and build a new one because I didn't like the way it looked. Before I had a chance to do that, though, the game crashed. I then waited in the release night queue to get back in, and when I did, it was as if my Titan never completed the opening scene, so I just deleted it, and made a new one.
At this point, I don't think I'll be getting it, but it's frustrating that there is no way to talk to Bungie about it at all. I can't find an email address, phone number, or anything. I have the receipt from Gamestop if any proof is necessary confirming my purchase date and time, as well as the original receipt with a date and time on it as well.

Same issue here, no order content at all. I did watch the opening cinematic on a character that I deleted and started a new one. Shurely it couldn’t be tied to the deleted character right?

Same issue here. Ordered physical copy from Walmart (Canada). Got an email with beta access code but never got the in game loot. Any idea how to resolve this?

I have a similar problem. I've receive Coldheart, Kill-Tracker Ghost, Shadow Dance Emote, and Emperor’s Shadow Emblem. But I'm having issues with Traitor’s Fate Legendary Sword and Salute Emote. I'm yet to receive these two. I did check the collection kiosk and I do not see the Salute Emote anywhere as well.

It's bad enough nothing but character appearance carried over from 1. It is really bad that you pre order as soon as can in hopes of getting cool stuff that everyone in your clan has but you. Bungie doesn't really have an easy way to contact them on missing stuff. I really don't think they care. When they reset year 1 I lost all content that was paid for and it looks like by the time they address my no cold heart it will be December. Then it won't matter.

But I'm still having lots of fun in the game it's self. I just want bungie to hopefully fix this issue.

You have to finish the whole story line including killing Gaul. After credits finish and you go to new tower, go to gunsmith and he will have the gun. Seems you only get one NOT one per character as I did NOT get one when I finished the story with my second character.

I'm about to report them to the better business bureau. I'm sick of constantly saying this and getting back the same dumb questions from the community. I'm 380+ on all characters. Does it look like I haven't defeated Gual? The gunsmith didn't have my property that I paid for and no one is acknowledging it. Two resets and three maintenance schedules and nothing about our cold hearts. This is bull.

I had the same problem, and fixed it. I went to the marketplace and searched destiny 2, then clicked the add-on "Destiny 2 Digital Pre-Order Pack" why its not already installed idk, and it was free so it knows I should have it (weird). XB1

I am also experiencing the same issue. I have not received any of the pre-order bonuses, except the early access to the beta. I love the game and will spend a lot of time on it. But I'm disappointed that this happening to people.

I too have this issue, I've called a customer support representative at gamestop and they claim there is nothing they can do for me. They say they put in a request at activision for the codes but I'd have to remain on hold for up to 24 hours. I paid for the content. I have the receipt. Someone please direct me to where I need to go receive my included codes?

If you switched from physical to digital then YES it is Playstation's issue and you do need to deal with them. On top of that, it sounds like you redeemed a physical code and then cancelled the physical code order which would invalidate your code that you received on that physical purchase.

Did you receive the gun from an engram early on before either completing the campaign or hitting level 20? If so, that's why, the game basically detects you already have it and won't give you as you already have it.

I literally did everything you did including waiting on hold for 2 hours with gamestop for them to tell me that they don't have any codes for cold heart. I preorder so i can get that gun. I really didn't care about the kill tracker or anything else. Sony told me to contact gamestop and they have no clue. Im not sure of what to do next, it would help if Bungie made an announcement that they were looking into this.

I didn't receive anything for my preorder. All I ended up getting was the bonus exp when I started, from the second code I received. No emote. No ghost. No cold heart. What was the point in even preordering if I don't get my gun? Is there any easy way for me to contact them and let them know I need help?
