I havent recived my killtracker ghost, is there a way to contact bungie about this?

1. Digital or disc? 2. What version of the game did you get? 3. How many codes did you put in? 4. Are you game-sharing with another account? 5. If you have a physical copy usually the coldheart code is separate and is in the box. 6. If #5 turns out to be true, how are you ppl this dumb. 7. If it's #4 then you won't get any pre-order/exclusive content and can go blame Bungie because they disabled that this time around. 8. The ghost is exclusive to certain retailers (like GameStop) usually they hand out the code either: in the box, on the receipt when you bought it, or in a email saying you purchased it. Go check. 9. Bungie won't hand out free codes so don't bother asking. 10. Go to your downloads and tell me the details of each D2 item. 11. Do have lvl 20 character AND did that same character beat the campaign? 12. Did you go to Lord shaxx and the Gunsmith?
