Seriously, WTF is this BS that we can't buy ammo synths to take into battle? The game is NOT in any way dropping enough ammo in the Raid!!!
There is no reason whatsoever to not let us stock up on whatever ammo we think we need and have it at our disposal! The timer keeps it in check.
BRING BACK AMMO SYNTHS!!!
EDIT: For those referring to power ammo, no where in my post did I say power. This is about ALL ammo synths. In the raids primary and secondary are also slim to none. Here's the thing, ammo synths only apply to PVE which means it makes absolutely NO difference to the players who are saying it isn't needed. How about we put them back in the game and those who don't want them can simply don't buy them.
EDIT #2: Bungie please note the overwhelming support of this and take it into consideration... sooner rather than later please.

Edited by Tedaow: 9/17/2017 3:46:24 PMStop the endless whining! Get Good!

He's got a point about the ammo in the raid. Half My team team (including me) ran out of primary yesterday on Calus and two ran out of energy
-
Destiny 1 beta player who have played at least ten more times hours than you, I would say it is better right now ;D
-
No, it makes getting ammo m9re of an experience and we get ammo so much we one can't even notice.
-
How about a new synthesis which restores all ammo but has a slightly longer cool down and high glimmer cost. Saves inventory space
-
This is how I feel bout it. Sop the CRYING!
-
Nope. Just another time sink. If the game was designed with no synths in mind and you're still failing, re-evaluate your tactics.
-
Disagree for the raid. Ive played it for hours on end but still have not beaten it. But i can say that i never felt the need for power ammo. However in strikes or patrol i did feel the need for synth
-
if they bring it back. they can't bring it back the same way. the timer was obnoxious in that if you wiped twice quickly you had to wait despite starting over. and if you had a long boss encounter you could sometimes awkwardly try to pop a synth mid fight (awful). I think they need to allow for one synth pop per full wipe while not in combat. That said, I prefer no synths to the awkward cluster f of a system in Destiny 1.

Edited by Verum_Sithari: 9/17/2017 1:05:25 PMSome of the weapons give ammo back to you for kills. I also end up with pools of ammo boxes at times. I don't have an issue with no synths yet.
-
I have never been in a situation where I'd need a synth.
-
I disagree. Having done the raid up to the last boss, I never felt the need for a synth. Power ammo drops all over the place but more importantly kinetic and energy ammo seems to have a lot more bullets in each pack you find. You have to run around some to find it, but I never felt the need to use a synth.
-
Hells yeah
-
Or another simple solution... if a gun runs out of ammo completely, have it auto-fill half it's reserves back when stored for 30 sec.
-
Agreed!
-
Hell yes! i miss my ammo backups T_T
-
While I agree entirely... If your resouceful saving Power Ammo is pretty easy... I do wish they would bring it back, as it was such as useful mechanic but if they chose not to, you just have to learn to save it all up.
-
Yes. And whilr they're at it, make them quick use: hold the reload button for 2 seconds to trigger and Ghost will say "Ammo restored". If they are not ready yet (still on cool down) just have Ghost say something along the lines of "sorry, can't do that yet".
-
Whats really funny is we played the beta, we knew it was garbage, and people bought it anyway. Dont buy a crap game then complain when its crap.
-
Everything got destroyed and is in short supply they even make a point of telling you this in the first mission when cayde shouts out im ok but i dont know if this ammo will last much longer , we are meant to feel weaker and conserve ammo for now
-
Why would bungie want to make it easier for you to just walk through the raid killing Everything?
-
um no. ammo drops plenty.. if u have noticed yet u need to rotate killing with each weapon to get ammo to drop for each
-
Urgh...no. And before you start, no to Three of Coins as well.
-
The timer made it shite. So much " my cooldown wil be done in 2 minutes" this really speeds up the game. Now you just have to pick the right time to use your power ammo.
-
No. Next

I'm certain the goal of the new raid is to never open up your inventory unless you have loot. Majors drop power ammo so you should be just fine killing the psions or the incindiors, legionaries, or centurions. And yes, this goes towards the last encounter for ammo. You're out of ammo A LOT in that encounter
