Seriously, WTF is this BS that we can't buy ammo synths to take into battle? The game is NOT in any way dropping enough ammo in the Raid!!!
There is no reason whatsoever to not let us stock up on whatever ammo we think we need and have it at our disposal! The timer keeps it in check.
BRING BACK AMMO SYNTHS!!!
EDIT: For those referring to power ammo, no where in my post did I say power. This is about ALL ammo synths. In the raids primary and secondary are also slim to none. Here's the thing, ammo synths only apply to PVE which means it makes absolutely NO difference to the players who are saying it isn't needed. How about we put them back in the game and those who don't want them can simply don't buy them.
EDIT #2: Bungie please note the overwhelming support of this and take it into consideration... sooner rather than later please.

It is not only in the raid,i even run out on ammo in the strike playlist. Did they change the ammo drop rate of lately because i cant't remember running out of ammo when i just started playing the game....
-
Everyday this game gives me a reason not to buy when PC comes out, so glad.
-
Or just bump the ammo drops in the raid, problem solved
-
*community asks for power ammo synths hot key * bungie takes away synths all together
-
Would be nice to have synths, they did scrap a bunch of d1 features they finally gave us and fixed. Kiosks, ammo, sparrow horns, unlimited shaders, etc i cant think of anymore atm.
-
I did the raid start to finish and despise it's flaws, I never ever ran out of any ammo.
-
Would be nice if xur sold them again
-
I know your talking about the raid and i havent played it soo idk but i like the lack of ammo during strikes. Makes you think about your setup, wepon archetype and forces you to change tactics mid battle. I think its a lot more engaging.

Really? When I did the raid I was almost always full of ammo. Without synths you have to choose which targets to take out first. Synths just slow the game down and take away fun. It's like complaining your cheese spot got taken away. Oh well, it doesn't really affect me.
-
Am not sure if ammo synths is thing we need back, but there is a ammo problem. I have ran out of Kinetic ammo several times running strikes as well as Energy ammo let alone Power ammo. I think I do a pretty good job of juggling between the two Kinetic and Energy so, I don't think am just using one over the other and running out of ammo that way. But I don't think we necessarily need Ammo Synths back unless nothing is done to fix ammo drops, then yes bring back ammo synths. This seems to be more a problem in the Raid am assuming and in missions and strikes as the last two are the ones I have noticed or experienced. While running patrol there does not seem to be a ammo problem as it is everywhere. I also understand that power ammo is special and should possibly be used a bit more conservative, but if am running out of the other two I think there is a problem.

Idk about you. But on the leviathan, in the throne room. Literally every yellow bar dropped heavy. Even Calus.
-
I think it was an intentional design choice. If they were going to add it back, I'd have to be nerfed significantly. (Ex: One synth per activity)
-
Just run over to the nearest public event flag, and you'll replenish all your ammo easily.
I'm joking of course, but it would be funny if you could walk out in the middle of a raid encounter to do that.
-
I much prefer the new system. I've run parts of the raid multiple times, and the ammo drops are fine by me. I prefer being able to jump into the game instantly and know that after clearing a small amount of enemies I'll have most, if not all, of my ammo back as opposed to starting an encounter, wiping, sitting there for minutes waiting for a synth, only to have the same thing happen.
-
Totally agree i miss it in every situation!
-
There's no need for ammo synthesis. The only one that people stock piled in D1 was heavy, because it was non present in any activity before taken king. In D2, power ammo drops very often. Just adjusting the primary and energy drops should be enough.
-
For power ammo in the raid at least for the Calus fight all you have to do is knife the psions before you're teleported and each one will drop 1 or 2 power ammo
-
I feel like juggler is always on. Hardest part of the raid boss was running out of ammo.
-
Aw man! Why did you make a post asking for this? Now they're not going to do it. Have you learned nothing from Destiny 1?
-
Yeyep
-
They brought back half the exotics and shit I bought twice now. Might as well as bring back the synths we need and want also. That might help us out though not Bungie so it doesn't matter.
-
Don't miss them, don't want them.
-
I did miss those, but mostly for when I want to test a new weapon, particularly heavies. For my purposes an infinite ammo gun range would be fine. For raids, increasing ammo reserves and adding munition stockpiles and checkpoints would work well.
-
I sear juggler is on all the time now.
