Pre-order content not appearing
I have got to lv. 20 and completed the campaign. I pre-ordered the digital deluxe on Xbox and it said I would get coldheart, a sword, and the kill tracker shell. I have went to shaxx, banshee 44 and the post master and have got nothing. Is there anything I am doing wrong?
