SHOULD BUNGIE PUNISH PEOPLE WHO LEAVE COMPETITIVE MATCHES?
Who else is tired of losing the first round in competitive and having a team mate leave?

Don't other games do that... like a 15 to 30 minute time out for leaving 3 or 5 in a row or something like that.
