Hello everyone, I hope you can help! My friend and I both preordered the gold edition of this game. We completed the campain and reached lvl 20 around the same time. However, he got the gold edition content (sword, emote, ghost) and I did not. I did receive Coldheart though. I don't know what I'm missing for me to get the gold content I bought. Steps I took: - asked my friend how he got it, he said I should have already got it since he did - searched a lot of the forums; they all say to reach lvl 20 and clear the campaign - fixed the "reach lvl 20" achievement glitch to see if the game just couldn't recognize that I'm lvl 20 because I didn't get that achievement - visited both The Tower and The Farm to see if its a location glitch - uninstalled and reinstalled the gold dlc pack and then revisited both social locations None of these worked. Steps I'm going to take: - moving the game from my external drive to the xbox's internal drive - completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game - contacting Bungie directly (but they recommended doing this first) I am aware the game is currently in maintenance. I am asking for advice from those of you that may already know how to fix this through a step I may not have have already taken. I can't think of anything else to do before competely installing/reinstalling, and I'm hoping this can be fixed before it gets to that. Any kind of help or support would help! Thank you, Jen
