Grab max mobility, MIDA Multi and Mini tool, and STOMP-EE5 or Dunemarchers or Warlock equivilant (if there is one). Next, select subclass perks that increase max run speed. Then get pure blue shaders onto ALL of your gear. The whole enemy team would be too slow to catch you!
