So I recently selected a member by accident and promoted them to Founder. This user showed up as "Phoinix" on the administration pages of clan support, but whose gamertag was someone different from the correct account to be promoted up. I'm looking at reversing my recent decision so I can promote the correct account since this user has since not been responding to any of my messages including over Xbox Live.
