Lagged while decoding a bright engram. The screen went black, told me it was reconnecting, gave me my loot which was an exotic "All the right (something)" and some shaders. When the lag stopped my engram was gone and I got none of the items. They aren't in my storage and I downloaded this app just to verify. I seriously need compensation or something cause this is complete bullshit.
