I pre-ordered d2 like a lot of people and played through the campaign to get to lvl 20, upon reaching level 20 I went to claim my preorder rewards (coldheart and kill tracker ghost) but I only got coldheart, my ghost was no where to be found. I tried talking to shaxx like people said but he didn't have it I even have crucible access. I suppose I should also mention I never got the emote or emblem either, I'm so lost and frustrated if someone can help me I would be forever grateful.
