I've always wondered what goes on behind the screen of others.
most of us think we know the tone or mood of whoever we argue with, talk to or simply troll but we never truly know if they really are mad or not. words in text can be very shady and mysterious. often more than not do we see that most people grow a pair when hidden behind a screen.
and its made me wonder if its a subconscious thing that shows how we really are as a society and how the internet kind of makes it easier for some people who are usually quiet and awkward have a say.
I've noticed some of the louder users are some of the shyest IRL. which brings the question whether you truly are different irl personality wise even though you may say that you'd say the same IRL. you cannot hold the thought that maybe subconsciously the whole concept still makes you feel more esteemed.
maybe hiding behind it, allows you to show who you really are when not limited.

I am more aggressive irl. I try to stay happy, funny & positive, but I do that better online. Mainly though, I just try to be a thoughtful & caring father. I let a lot of shit slide because it is the net & it is in text form, so you lose a lot of the facial cues that let you know a persons mood.
