TARGET SPARROW QUESTION, NO ANSWERS ON THE INTERNET SO FAR
there is no target anywhere near my location
can i buy poptarts from target ONLINE and take a picture of my ONLINE RECEIPT and send it in?
or must i physically walk into target with my body and get a receipt from a cashier? - - i went to the official page, and i read the entire 10 page FAQs, they do not specify, they just say " at target "
