Kelloggs...... Pop Tarts Promotion (Need Help)

I'm trying to create an account and I keep getting "The Username value is already in use by a different profile other than profile ID." I have tried everything. Other email, clearing history, other browsers etc. I have emailed them and still nothing they said they would get back to me soon and that was 2 hours ago... Can anyone help me? Thanks EDIT : Now I have an account but it wont let me sign back in. I have my receipts pending but it says I need to enter my personal info AGAIN.... Any advice?

  • I have been having the same issue. I emailed Kellogg's on Saturday, Sept. 2nd, still haven't heard back from them. Hope to hear something soon or I'll just have to use those XP boosts later I suppose.
