Pure speculation on your part mate, maybe if you want to be taken seriously as a content creator add the words "in my opinion" instead of presenting it as a fact. Until bungie confirm the details I'm afraid that's all anyone has on the subject opinions and speculations. It's pretty much nailed on Battlefront 2 will be running at native 4K and Locked 60fps on Scorpio according to Jez Corden who's seen it running. This is due to the scalability of the frostbite engine and the heavy customisation of the Scorpio CPU (if you reply saying it's JUST a jaguar CPU and only 10% faster than pro you really are showing your ignorance on the subject and should maybe watch the tech Analysis) with DX12 built into the CPU and massive amounts of custom offloading of tasks to the GPU to free up CPU space Scorpio has a reasonable chance of reaching 60fps on the platform. Especially with bungie developing for the PC at the same time which works in scorpios favour same x86 architecture and probable DX12 coding, and also with MS not stipulating it has to be 4K on Scorpio like Sony are on the pro just so they can ship more 4K TV's (for the gamers remember) there's no reason bungie can't give xbox owners a 1080p 60 or 4K 30 option on Scorpio if it can't reach a stable 60 at 4K (checkerboard or native). But the facts remain, Scorpio could do 1080 60, scorpios 4K will be proper 4K not Sony's asterisk dynamic 4K* bullshit marketing bollocks that isn't 4K in the slightest, and no matter what the frame rate, Scorpio will be capable of being the best looking console version by a wide margin with an extra 2 TFLOPS GPU power to get closer to PC ultra settings. Whether Bungie will implement any of these again is anyone's guess till Bungie themselves confirm, but what I've listed is factually possible by Scorpio. The Pro can't do 1080 60fps (even if it's capable) as Sony have stipulated it has to be running at 4K only for pro (again for the gamers first right? Not trying to shift 4K TV's at the expense of giving the consumer options or anything underhanded like that /s). the pro can't match the available GPU power available on Scorpio so Scorpio could easily look superior, and it's probably possible Scorpio can run the game at 60fps with some temporal upscaling solution to reach 4K and heavy optimisation using the available CPU offload, again, all facts unlike your video
