I'm trying to create an account and I keep getting
"The Username value is already in use by a different profile other than profile ID."
I have tried everything. Other email, clearing history, other browsers etc. I have emailed them and still nothing they said they would get back to me soon and that was 2 hours ago...
Can anyone help me?

EDIT : Now I have an account but it wont let me sign back in. I have my receipts pending but it says I need to enter my personal info AGAIN.... Any advice?

Edited by C_THE_LADY: 9/5/2017 12:49:00 AMI was having the same problem. Leave out your phone number and uncheck the box to have text messages sent. Then go in after and add your cell number then submit receipts. This is what worked for me.

Try using another phone number. Then switching it back to your number after registering.

It's doing the same for me. Their site is probably lagging. I tried doing it by phone but nothing yet.

Are there specific places you have to buy the Pop Tarts and Rockstar drinks to get the codes or can you find the codes on the items at any store? I remember with the Red Bull promo in Y1 it was only 7/11 stores that had them.

I have been having the same issue. I emailed Kellogg's on Saturday, Sept. 2nd, still haven't heard back from them. Hope to hear something soon or I'll just have to use those XP boosts later I suppose.

After registering the way you did, go to your subscriptions and check the kelloggs family rewards about the texts.
