Kellogg's Pop-Tarts 2x XP code redemption trouble

So in order to redeem, you have to have a Kellogg's account, have to text the 5 digit number with pictures of the receipt or send an email. Longer receipts make this EXTREMELY difficult (my case). I bought these for my clan for raffles and i've not yet received any codes. I did get confirmation from the 5 digit text number saying "good news., we've received your receipt"...."stay tuned"... but not got anything back. I've checked my email and will continue to do so. was just curious if anyone has ran into this problem, or has some troubleshooting methods. Just frustrating. Upvotes appreciated so others don't experience the same issue.

  • If the purchase date is before Sept 1st there's going to be problems. I had to contact Kellogg's support on their website and they were super helpful and got everything squared away really quickly. I would suggest contacting support via their website (I used the chat option) and got it fixed in like 5 mins.
