So in order to redeem, you have to have a Kellogg's account, have to text the 5 digit number with pictures of the receipt or send an email. Longer receipts make this EXTREMELY difficult (my case). I bought these for my clan for raffles and i've not yet received any codes. I did get confirmation from the 5 digit text number saying "good news., we've received your receipt"...."stay tuned"... but not got anything back. I've checked my email and will continue to do so.
was just curious if anyone has ran into this problem, or has some troubleshooting methods. Just frustrating. Upvotes appreciated so others don't experience the same issue.

No problems here. I've texted receipts for a single purchase, a two item receipt, and 3 four item receipts. All were texted on separate days and have received codes for all 15 boxes. The average response time to receive codes, after receipt upload, has been about 8hrs. Hope that helps.
