So in order to redeem, you have to have a Kellogg's account, have to text the 5 digit number with pictures of the receipt or send an email. Longer receipts make this EXTREMELY difficult (my case). I bought these for my clan for raffles and i've not yet received any codes. I did get confirmation from the 5 digit text number saying "good news., we've received your receipt"...."stay tuned"... but not got anything back. I've checked my email and will continue to do so.
was just curious if anyone has ran into this problem, or has some troubleshooting methods. Just frustrating. Upvotes appreciated so others don't experience the same issue.

When did you send it in? I read on another forum that they pretty much ignored anything sent in before sept 1 as that was the intended date for the promotion to start. So if you sent it in prior to then maybe send it in again.
