Kellogg's Pop-Tarts 2x XP code redemption trouble

So in order to redeem, you have to have a Kellogg's account, have to text the 5 digit number with pictures of the receipt or send an email. Longer receipts make this EXTREMELY difficult (my case). I bought these for my clan for raffles and i've not yet received any codes. I did get confirmation from the 5 digit text number saying "good news., we've received your receipt"...."stay tuned"... but not got anything back. I've checked my email and will continue to do so. was just curious if anyone has ran into this problem, or has some troubleshooting methods. Just frustrating. Upvotes appreciated so others don't experience the same issue.

  • I have the same experience. short receipt all fit and i got the same response as you and nothing more yet. only been a couple hours so we will see.

    I tried to upload mine yesterday and got a response via text saying that they need to see the full receipt. I so sent that one in (only had 6 items on it so I could fit the whole receipt in it). Since then i have been receiving error codes every time i try and upload it. Any one else having this issue or know how to resolve it? EDIT: I forgot to type in D2XP with the new pic. I'm an idiot. I also feel that this is a way for bungie to see what else were buying to try and branch out with more products.....dont know how i feel about that, just saying.

  • It took a day for Kellogg's to reply & then they told me they needed to see the entire receipt. This may be done with multiple pictures (for the long receipts). Still waiting for an actual code to come across.

  • It took about a day for them to respond to my receipt... I wouldn't be worried. It also says if the receipt is too long you can send multiple pictures

    • If the purchase date is before Sept 1st there's going to be problems. I had to contact Kellogg's support on their website and they were super helpful and got everything squared away really quickly. I would suggest contacting support via their website (I used the chat option) and got it fixed in like 5 mins.

      • Btw...It's not 2X XP. The XP buff is +25% XP for 4hrs per consumable.

        • No problems here. I've texted receipts for a single purchase, a two item receipt, and 3 four item receipts. All were texted on separate days and have received codes for all 15 boxes. The average response time to receive codes, after receipt upload, has been about 8hrs. Hope that helps.

          • Mine took 24hours before i got a response. Just got them this morning. As for the long reciept i folded mine in half but could still see all proof of purchase.

            • When did you send it in? I read on another forum that they pretty much ignored anything sent in before sept 1 as that was the intended date for the promotion to start. So if you sent it in prior to then maybe send it in again.
