Destiny 2 Low GPU usage
I am playing Destiny 2 on PC and am getting low GPU usage. I have a GTX 1080 and a core i7 7700k. None of the threads on my CPU goes any higher than 30%, and my GPU maxes out at 40%, and the hottest component in my system is my GPU at 60C. I have vsync off and I am getting 30-40 FPS (I am used to running games at 140+ FPS). My resolution is 2560x1440, and resolution scaling is at 100%. Messing with graphics settings doesn't seem to have much of an effect.I have the latest Nvidia drivers and windows version, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

After disabling hyperthreading in the BIOS, I seem to have improved the framerates, but the game has started to crash regularly. Running 4 cores at the lowest settings i was able to run at 40-50 FPS. (crashing happened with hyperthreading enabled as well, but didn't seem to happen as often)
