I do cardio and heavy weights
And a hell of alot of pushups and crunches
Heavy weights are heavy for you, not necessarily legitimately "Heavy" weights, but just enough to build muscle.

I dunno, I got this pull-up bar thing I use. I do a couple of push-ups and a bit of running. I don't know anything about what I'm doing though.

somewhat

Hell yes. 5'4" 130lbs 195 bench. 185 clean. 280 squat.
-
I guess light weights and cardio are what I'd consider body weight exercises.
-
I do both heavy lifting exercises and cardio workouts, because being fit is life.
-
Yes. People say don't do cardio because it ruins your gains. Which is really only true if you do it first thing at the gym. Always the last for me. I also do heavy lifting and calisthenics. I got 4-5 times a week for the last 3 years. Difficult at first but it's also very fun settinf goals and accomplishing them. I recommend every one to go consistently at least for a month. You shouldn't regret it one bit

No I want to get fat.

Long distance running all the way. I have my 5th marathon this November. I swim for "upper body" exercise. Its not a lot, but it works.
-
No, I get enough exercise from work.
-
I swim and jog
-
I used to work out at night. But less and less as time went on. For now, pushing carts at Walmart for 9 hours daily is enough exercise for me.

When I go gym I pretty much just go for pull ups, bench and shoulder press, some bicep curls for the wrist followed by cardio though swimming. My leg workout is skateboarding, that's all I need for now. Taking a gym break before has made me noticeably weaker so now I'm at that point where I'm like I don't want to not go gym now because of the backwards progression of missing it. Ahh fack, just going for that natural progression through time is my goal at the moment, not trying to bumrush results. I'm pretty secure with my body image right now but know I can and will do better which is motivation enough for me.

Did you make a post similar to this awhile ago?
-
I am just starting to work out now, figured I needed to build up a bit more muscle. I do light weights and cardio ATM.
-
My only exercise is running. And even that's pretty sketchy during most of the year. I run a decent amount over the summer in preparation for a particular half-marathon, then mostly stop until the next summer. I really need to keep at it just to see if I can get a decent time.
-
Yes. I have a road bike and a mountain bike for the warmer months and an elliptical 'thing' for the winter months. Push-ups, pull ups and plank work for my core. I'm limited by a back injury, heavy weights are not an option. Do what I can to stay in shape though. I'm at the age where things fall apart quick if you let them. Lol

After I finished phys-ed in College I didn't work out proper for about three years. I tried to get back into it again a couple of months ago (muscle training circuit) and I gave up after a couple of weeks. I keep meaning to get back into it.
