A really great Vid from You Tuber Cool guy. Puts his point across constructively.
I share much of concerns for PVP.
Mainly as a solo and team player.
D2 seems to be turning its back on Solo players and casual players.
Teamwork and tactics and playing the way Bungie want is great, but at what cost?
Why do we have to play how Bungie intend?
Some people just want to jump into a bigger match and have fun. Why can't that be inclusive?
Can't you accommodate the casual player with other modes and bigger playlists.
Ranked play is key, along with focus on connection as opposed to weighting on skill.
Don't forget about the fun. After all there will be ALOT of new people wanting to try PVP in Destiny for the first time.
If the beta is anything to go by it's not going to be a great time unless your in a tight crew.

Funny how the casual audience feels like the game is too geared towards the hardcore, and the hardcore audience feels the game gives too much to the casual. Not sure how to feel about that.

I'm only concerned about that Gerbil, you see it?
Teamwork and tactics and playing the way Bungie want is great, but at what cost?
About $60
Why do we have to play how Bungie intend?
Every game is played the way the developer intends.
Some people just want to jump into a bigger match and have fun. Why can't that be inclusive?
Play Battlefield. Destiny has never offered "bigger" matches.
Can't you accommodate the casual player with other modes and bigger playlists. Just stick with your teammates. Back them up. I play plenty of co-op and pvp games without bothering to use my mic and have little trouble.

D2 pvp turned to total garbage and crap for me as soon as they lowered the player count to 4v4 no thanks Bungivision. You went in the wrong direction you're supposed to make bigger more badass things in a sequel and that includes larger maps with new vehicles and more players, not whatever this bs esports crap you're trying to push is I ain't having none of that bad joke.

When I played the beta, and jumped into the first PVP match, I was turned off almost immediately. The second day, I decided to give it another whirl. I solo queued everytime, and when I began hanging with my teammates, I found that I was actually having a more enjoyable time. No communication, just stuck with them, covered their backs, flank one way, dodge the other. People don't always like change, but I found a way to like it.

Edited by Fibby: 8/10/2017 11:35:32 AMMy only corcern is that the game turns out to be a lag infested mess just like D1 is. The beta did play better than D1 does as far as connection quality is corcerned, but i still got lobbies where people were not taking damage too often, and you never know how they adjust the matchmaking. I really hope quickplay doesn't have any sort of SBMM at all, but i guess that's asking too much. Match fireteams against fireteams as often as possible without compromising the connection quality, but other than that it should just give us the best possible connection quality.

People act like the slower ttk in destiny 2 is the only reason people are working as a team. No, if there is a clan of people they are gonna work as a team 9 times out of 10.
-
Playing solo in D2 is fine, yes it's team work so stick with the team, don't try be a hero the moan like hell (my son does this)
-
Its ok lets just cry until bungie feels threatened to give us what we want. Thats what seems to work.
-
I play solo and i will 100% leave every single pvp match as soon as it starts when i see 3 or more clan mates on the opposing team.

This is a good post. Sadly, the Pro-Bungie regime will swiftly denounce you for having any kind of criticism against D2's precious flawlessness.

D2 PvP won't be fun for anyone. If you have a solid crew and beat up on everyone then that's really not fun for them or the victims. It's really a no win situation for any type of team or player... unless you consider noob stomping fun.
