Between Baby Driver, Dunkirk, Kong: Skull Island, and the great superhero films that released this year, it's been a fantastic year for film.

Dunkirk was beautiful
-
You forgot the Nut Job 2.
-
Logan and Baby Driver were a little gory and foul for my tastes, buy I loved them both anyway, disliked Homecoming purely for Zedaya's character, Gaurdians 2 needed a better soundtrack, and Dunkirk was amazing, and Valerian was ok.
-
Top three from this year so far for me are 1. Logan 2. Dunkirk 3. Spiderman homecoming
-
Logan has been my favorite so far
-
Dunkirk was REALLY neato. Those uniforms😍 I'm currently reading the part where big monster dude is trying to find his creator for revenge, then he saved a little girl and got shot.
-
Baby Driver. Phew did I love that movie! The soundtrack is perfect but Edgar wright never has a bad soundtrack. I can't wait for it to come out cause another thing Edgar does amazingly well is extra content on his releases. Amazing commentary, various trivia subtitle tracks, etc.

Movies only get better. There's exceptions to the rule but most movies pre 2000 sucked.
-
I don't think anything good has come out this year really. I enjoyed some movies, and Dunkirk was pretty neato. It was still missing some stuff though. Overall it's been rather meh.

Is baby driver good?
-
Baby Driver, with Logan in a very close second. Both should definitely be in the running for movie of the year.
-
Yeah, the emoji movie looks great.
-
Valerian , sadly it did not get enough views and floped. I guess everything has to be super hero related or star wars.
-
Between Logan, Baby Driver, and Spiderman for my favorite. Dunkirk and War for the Planet of The Apes were also very good.
-
By far Logan was my favorite movie this year, closely followed by GotG2 and John Wick Chapter 2.

Edited by tjustie: 8/9/2017 2:51:16 AMDunkirk and Logan are easily my two favorite movies out of the 7(?) That I've seen in theaters this year. Edit: Apparently Get Out came out this year as well. I thoroughly enjoyed that movie too, though I didn't see it in theaters.
-
Rouge one was really good too
-
My favorite movie this year was Get Out, hands down.
-
Still waiting for the release of Rubber 2, So Damn Tired

My favorite movie this year? Hmmm. Get out Baby Driver War for the planet of the apes Spider man Logan Guardians of the galaxy Are the ones i remember the most this yeae (I've seen more than those as well). Get out Logan Baby Driver Are movies i might consider some of the greatest movies I've ever seen. Get out takes social issues and turns it into a suspensful thriller. There's so many things you won't get until a 2nd or 3td viewing. It's the type of movie where you basically need to see it at least twice to really get it. Baby Driver takes a heist styled movie, adds some good ass music I'd never heard, adds some comedy great characters, and makes it into a well thought out movie that is extremely hard to find anything to dislime. Logan is... God I'm not even sure how i can describe it and do it justice. Logan is an action drama i guess. If i could still cry, this would be the movie to do so. I think for this year Logan has to be my winner. I still haven't seen wonder woman yet. I think thor will be good, Justice League should be fine, and i know I'll love Star Wars.

The Emoji Movie
-
Did you seriously just slam the emoji movie? How dare you... In all seriousness. I feel that Marvel (both fox and Marvel studios) has hit its stride now with Gaurdians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Logan being absolutely phenomenal Comic Book Movies and amazing movies in general. As for Baby Driver I missed it in theaters so I'll have to pick it up later.

Spider-mang
