Dear Octagon Spammers,
On behalf of OffTopic, please stop. What you're doing is annoying, unwanted, and not funny at all. I don't care if this is for an anniversary of your spam group, or just for fun, just cut it out.
May Ninja Justice be swift in delivering their bans.
EDIT: I'd like to thank the Ninjas who have taken action on these spammers.
