  • Please help me. Destiny 2 does not seem to want to give me what I paid for. I bought the witch queen expansion and the game doesn’t seem to want to cooperate. So if the person that knows how to help me with this issue is reading, call 503-577-0872. Ik it seems like a lot for just a game but it’s been costing me money.

  • Please this issue has happened more than once now. I pre ordered the Witch Queen expansion and I have proof on my bank account but it’s saying that I don’t own it. And I did this on Xbox. This issue happened with beyond light but I got frustrated and just had to buy it again because the game didn’t give me any other option.

  • If it show you do infact have purchase the dlc then you will need to talk to Xbox. Bungie doesn't handle licensing.

  • Hello I paid for beyond light + 1 season and it said that when I logged in I would get the season that was active. I logged in and it has not given me season of the risen. After my purchase I did not log in until THIS season bit not season given. It quite clearly states that whatever season you log in on would be the season given. Can I contact bungie to get this fixed? Please help

  • I have been banned, I can’t understand why I already explained my reason as to why I believe I was banned, as I had let a friend use my account to try my flinchbringer roll. But I had an email saying my request was denied, but I just want more info and to hopefully get my account unbanned as I have been playing since launch of D1. And have thousands of hours on destiny 2 I have spent grinding for gear. I would hate to lose all of my progress as I have spent much time playing this game. Please help!!!!!

  • I've been playing destiny for quite awhile but recently I've been playing and I've tried to get some of the seals under the triumphs and the 2 I should have but for some reason they are glitched and I can never get them completed the titles are cursebreaker and dredgen for cursebreaker I some how have 1 amkara bone missing but I've gone multiple times to each location and I still can't find the last bones I'm missing. and for the dredged title I'm missing the complete gambit with all gambit weapons equipped but I've played and won multiple times but I still never get it. Is there anyway I can get both of those triumphs completed on bungie's side in the code or something in order to get this problem solved? and if possible would someone be able to make it a golden title? Only asking about the golden part since I have tried to complete both but unfortunately each time I try to get all this done I can't.

  • Bungie does not remove linked accounts from profiles per request. You will need to work with the platform to regain access to that account if you wish to unlink the account from your profile.

  • I had been a player since day one of Destiny and I have since lost my account. Is there a way to get my profile back so I don't have to lose/re-earn all my progress and be able to play with my friends in Destiny 2?

  • I pre-ordered Witch queen months ago, deluxe edition with the anniversary bundle, and it's no longer on my account. Witch queen is released in a couple of days and I'd like it to be resolved before then

  • I’m the hour or so I have done a grasp of avarice on master difficulty and after I completed it for the first time I did not receive any look and I am very disappointed because I tried very hard and for a long time to just get nothing :( I even got the triumph to complete it but still no drops

  • Hi there! In order to be Charged with Light, you must have mods equipped that spend the charges as well, such as High Energy Fire.

  • Hi this is JJ39ZOMBIE i finish the garden of selfashin and did all the puzzles and kill d the boss then the game sed contact ing destiny server's and I got kicked now I lost my Chan's to get divinity 1 Agen pleas can thay just make a checkpoint on the puzzles pleas I can't do this any more it's a very hard raid

    My gf is having an issue where her mouse is being delayed and when it catches up it exaggerates her movements making the game unplayable, this is only happening with Destiny 2. We have tried a lot such as verifying the integrity of the game files, reinstalling the game, updating drivers and messing with the settings to try to fix this issue and so far have found nothing. Can you help us?
