  • Hi, i recently bought the dlc, i got the anniversary and collectors edition on the playstation store. but now i’m having an issue where the DLC content is making me bluescreen when i try to start it up. everything else works but the as soon as i want to do anything for example the witch queen campaign. it starts the counter, but as soon as i get to 1 second. everything freezes and then i get the bluescreen with the code CE-34878-0. i’m on a PS4 pro, i want to finally play but i can’t proceed from The Enclave mission.

    Hi there, I have a problem. I activated Cross Save and then selected the wrong platform. All my characters are gone now. Can you please help me? Wanted to play my XBOX characters on Steam but now everything is gone.... With Cross Save I can still see that they are on the XBOX. But when I log in I only see this one 1350 char.

  • But I can't undo it either because I bought silver on my XBOX. Because I actually play more on my XBOX and I only made the Steam account to show a buddy something on his PC.

  • Is there a way for me to make my PSN ID my bungie ID. My friend went on my account and changed my name and screwed me over. Is there any way to revert to just using my PSN ID.

  • I have a question, an email, that I had a long time ago that is now deleted is still linked to my cross save via the steam section, it was never authenticated so how am I suppose to remove or authorize it if email doesn’t exist anymore

  • Hi there! Emails are not normally needed to log into Steam accounts. You need to use the Steam login name you created upon account creation to log into your account. If you are not sure what this is, please contact Steam Support. Please note that Bungie is unable to unlink any accounts from profiles for any reason. You will need to resolve this issue with the platform in order to authenticate your account.

  • The finch quest “trust goes both ways” is glitched for me. It never gave the option to start the quest and now to receive the veritas grips from finch I have to complete the quest.

  • Hey so I pre ordered the new witch queen dlc and j was the deluxe edition and I have some proof that I own it but it never gave me everything that came with it once it was released such as the campaign and the other bonuses. Is there a way I can get in contact to see how to resolve this issue or something. Cause when I preordered it took my money but wanted another 80 dollars before it was released then it was taken from my account as Microsoft emailed me and informed me about it.

  • So I’m missing my witch queen campaign, the osteo striga smg, the sparrow, the raid, and pretty much everything that comes with the deluxe edition besides the instant rewards for pre order which I got immediately after I purchased the dlc, I even had to pay for the season too because I didn’t get that either

  • It sounds like something has occurred with your pre-order with Microsoft. I would contact their support team for further assistance on this, as they grant the licenses to the DLC.
